A Care Appointment is a 20 minute appointment where we can help you with anything that we are unable to resolve while chatting online. We are able to troubleshoot with our customers online for free as much as we possibly can, so don’t hesitate to contact us to begin the process and we will clarify if a Care Appointment is necessary.
Additional fees such as new beads, custom jewelry, aftercare troubleshooting, downsizing, and support, etc will be added to the cost of care appointment.
